Life Coaching
I help women reconnect with the part of themselves that can get lost beneath the to-do lists and timelines, the ones holding it all together while quietly wondering where they went.
If you’re navigating a transition or feeling the discomfort of transformation, I see you. This is a tender, powerful place to be.
My coaching is shaped by practices that have supported me through my own uncomfortable moments of change and growth - yoga philosophy, mindfulness, intuition, tarot, authenticity, and the art of honest self-reflection. At its core, my philosophy is simple: the answers you seek aren’t out there in the world; they’re already within you, waiting to be heard.
Through deep listening, meaningful conversation, and thoughtful questions, I help you tune in - to yourself, your inner wisdom, your next step. Together, we’ll explore what’s stirring beneath the surface.
The answers you seek are already within you, waiting to be heard.
TAROT FOR TRANSFORMATION
Tarot is not a crystal ball.
And despite my best efforts—and an affinity for headscarves—I’m not a fortune teller.
Tarot is a mirror to your soul—an invitation to witness the quiet stirrings of your inner world.
The cards don’t predict what’s coming; they reflect what’s already within you, gently pointing to the truths you might not yet have words for.
In our coaching sessions, we use tarot as a tool, not necessarily for answers, but for access. It brings forward insight, language, and symbolism that can unlock new perspectives or name what you’re already sensing.
Whether you’re sitting with a big question, navigating transition, or simply feeling stuck, the cards help us pause and pay attention. Together, we’ll explore what lies beneath the surface—patterns, energies, and possibilities that are ready to emerge—and from there, move with clarity and intention.
Coaching, with a touch of tarot. Not magic, just meaning.
Jamie Horton
I have always been the person people turned to for advice - the friend and sister who could listen without judgment and reflect something honest and helpful back. I was the cheerleader, the encourager, helping others see the good (or the not-so-good)in themselves, their relationships, and their lives.
Then came marriage, motherhood, and building a family business. I poured my energy into my family—not out of obligation, but out of love. I was proud to help us grow and thrive. I was shining my light—but mostly on everyone else.
One day I realized I needed some of that light too.
With teenage boys who no longer needed me in the same way, space opened up. Not an empty nest, but enough quiet to hear my own voice again. Slowly my voice became louder. I began working with my own coach, tuning into what I really wanted, creating new art, exploring yoga philosophy, tarot, and the divine feminine. I began to remember who I was before all the roles I’d taken on, the wise, compassionate woman who could listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and bring clarity to life’s messier parts. As the contentment within myself grew, life challenges seemed less daunting and my next steps became clear.
I wanted to help other women reconnect to that part of themselves, too, to reach those buried beneath to-do lists and timelines, holding everything together while quietly wondering where they went.
That is what led me to coaching. Not a dramatic reinvention - just a natural return. A return to the part of me that has always wanted to help people live fuller, more intentional lives.
